Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Canada: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • European Union: 6–10 business days
  • Mexico: 7–12 business days
  • Brazil: 10–15 business days
  • Japan: 6–10 business days
  • Australia: 6–12 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Will My Order Arrive in One Shipment?

Not always. Orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on the products ordered and fulfillment locations.

Some items are always shipped separately due to packaging requirements, including:

  • Snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
  • Stickers
  • Bean bag covers
  • Notebooks

If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD to select regions, including:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Mexico
  • Europe*
  • Europe excludes Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. Free shipping does not apply to select European territories and regions with higher shipping costs, such as EFTA countries and certain dependencies.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  Important Exclusions

  • Sherpa Blankets are excluded from free shipping and always carry a shipping fee, regardless of order value or destination.
  • Free shipping applies only to the eligible regions listed above.

We ship worldwide.

International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination, product type, and fulfillment location. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
