RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

All items are made to order.  
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at info@krydn.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and work with you to find a solution.

Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.  
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any items before contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
